Notice of stabilisation transactions
Paris,
January 10, 2006 – ING Securities Bank (France),
acting as stabilisation manager, gives notice of the stabilisation
transactions carried out in connection with the initial public
offering of the shares of BioAlliance Pharma.
- In accordance with article 631-10 of the general regulation
of the Autorité des marchés financiers, ING
Securities Bank (France), acting as stabilisation manager,
has carried out stabilisation transactions during the stabilisation
period started from December 8, 2005 and ended on January
6, 2006, in connection with the admission of the shares
of BioAlliance Pharma to trading on Eurolist by Euronext.
- The stabilisation transactions have been carried out
at the following conditions:
