Patrick Langlois started his career at Louis Dreyfus bank and pursued most of it at Rhône-Poulenc and Aventis SA as Executive Vice President and CFO. He currently is General Partner of PJL Conseil. He also serves as Board Member and non Executive Director of several biopharmaceutical companies in Europe and in the United-States, notably Shire plc, Newron Pharmaceuticals, Innate Pharma, Exonhit Therapeutics. His expertise in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions in the biotech and pharmaceutical areas are a major input for the company’s development.

Judith Greciet has a career in international pharmaceutical groups (notably Zeneca, Wyeth and Eisai) where she held increasing operational and strategic positions in the oncology and immunology areas, focusing on innovative products. Before joining BioAlliance, she managed Eisai France as President for 3 years.
Judith Greciet holds a doctorate of pharmacy in addition to being a graduate of 3rd cycle management and pharmaceutical marketing.
Chief Financial Officer, in charge of development, diversification, mergers and acquisitions at the CNIM Group (Constructions Industrielles de la Méditerranée, providing turnkey industrial solutions in mechanical, energy and environmental sectors). He has served in a series of positions in the industrial area: internal audit, business analysis and controlling, administrative and financial management, export financing management and project financing.
Michel Arié is a graduate of the French Engineering School Supelec and of the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris.
Rémi Droller joined Kurma Life Science Partners in September 2010, he was previously with CDC Innovation from 2000 to 2003 and with AGF Private Equity (now Idinvest Partners) from 2003 to 2010 where he was in charge of the development of the Life Sciences investment activity. Rémi serves on the board of several investee companies such as Bioalliance Pharma (listed on Euronext), Novagali Pharma (listed on Euronext) and Prosensa.
Remi Droller holds a MS in molecular biology (Paris VI University) and MS in finance and Innovation management (Masternova – AgroPariTech).
Board member of Altavia group (communication and marketing group), she has been managing SMEs for 10 years, in a context of LBO in the health and communication areas. Previously, she held international management responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry (Hoechst Roussel, Servier).
Catherine Dunand graduated from Ecole Centrale of Lyon and holds a MBA from INSEAD.
David Solomon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Zealand Pharma A/S of Denmark.
He has extensive experience in pharmacology research, having served as a faculty member at Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, NY as well as leadership positions at several biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including Remedy Pharmaceuticals and Critical Diagnostics, both in New York. From 2003-2006 Dr. Solomon led healthcare investing at Carrot Capital Healthcare Ventures. Most recently, Dr. Solomon served as Chief Operating Officer of Vital Sensors, Inc.
Dr. Solomon studied medicine and received his doctorate at Cornell University Medical College and the Sloan-Kettering division of its Graduate School of Medical Sciences, in New York City.
Nicolas Trebouta, via his company Financière de la Montagne, has been since 2004 investing in biotechnology companies, directly or through funds. He has co-founded Chevrillon et Associé in 2000 and through this structure has participated to several LBO such as Picard (frozen food), CPI (printing company) or Alingia (insurance company).
He is a medical doctor and shareholder of BioAlliance Pharma since 2008.
Luc Van de Steen manages the Corporate Investments team of ING and has more than 15 years of experience in Private Equity. He is active within the team since 2001 and is a Board Member of several companies of the portfolio.
Prior to that, he spent over 15 years in banking, first at KBC-Almanij, of which 12 years in Corporate Finance and Private Equity (Investco) and 5 years in credit structuring. He performed advisory work and managed a large number of M&A transaction, both in Belgium and cross-border. He also advised the Belgian Government on privatizations. Luc Van de Steen holds a Commercial Engineer degree from Leuven and an MBA from the Chicago Business School.
