Corporate governance

BioAlliance is a French société anonyme (stock corporation) with a Board of Directors.

We have set up an experienced Board of Directors consisting of members from the pharmaceutical industry or the world of finance, in order to support the company’s strategy and represent shareholders’ interests. Specific Committees (in the areas of Audit and Compensation) provide the Board with the necessary information to enable it to fully perform its role. These Committees and the Board of Directors meet several times a year, particularly at the time of the closing of the annual and interim financial statements.
