Based on the cancer treatment center Institut Gustave Roussy day-to-day experience in nutrition and diet, 22 French chefs have teamed up to create special recipes for helping cancer patients rediscover the pleasure of flavorsome food. Thank you all! Oncologists, radiotherapists, dieticians and psychiatrists who have worked with us to meet this challenge know that helping cancer patients to rediscover the pleasure of a tasty meal is a key part of the overall disease management process.
