Business development

BioAlliance Pharma has specific skills in Research & Development and more specifically in the areas of pharmaceutical and clinical development, as well as registration. This has enabled our company to develop a first product, Loramyc®, now registered in several European and Asian countries, and in the process of registration in the USA. With this initial success, we have proven our ability to successfully complete the development of an innovative product and to sign commercial partnerships in the USA and Asia.

Today we are actively looking for a partner in Europe for Loramyc® and our other supportive care products.

Our objective is to put in place strategic partnerships enabling a long-term growth based on our product franchises that address strong growing markets:

• A supportive care franchise for immunocompromised patients at the hospital level consisting of: Loramyc®, two other products using the proprietary adhesive Lauriad® technology (fentanyl Lauriad® in chronic cancer pain and clonidine Lauriad® in oral mucositis) as well as an anti-emetic to which BioAlliance Pharma in-licensed the European commercialization rights (SetoFilm® - ondansetron RapidFilmTM).
• A franchise in the treatment of cancer and AIDS including several projects in invasive cancers.
• A franchise concerning larger markets in retail or OTC.

BioAlliance Pharma senior management participates on a regular basis in the main international partnering conferences.
