Management Board:
Dominique Costantini, MD, Co-Founder,
President and Chief Executive Officer.
 Dr.
Costantini has served as President, Chief Executive
Officer and Member of the Management Board since she co-founded
the company in 1997. Prior to establishing BioAlliance Pharma,
Dr. Costantini spent 16 years in positions of increasing responsibility
at Hoechst Marion Roussel (now Sanofi-Aventis Pharma). From
1995 to 1996, she was Director of Development in the Marion-Cassenne
division of Hoechst Marion Roussel, overseeing a staff of
130 people, focused on the research, pharmaceutical, medical,
and medico-marketing departments. From 1992 to 1995, she served
as Director of Development in the Cassenne division of Hoechst
Roussel where she was responsible for a staff of more than
100, including the R&D and medico-marketing and economics
departments. Her achievements in this position encompassed
European registrations of antibiotics and hormones, including
a new cephalosporin (Cefotiam Texodil), an estrogen (17 beta
estradiol) and a progestative (Luteran 10) as well as successful
strategic product launches and product communication activities.
Dr. Costantini was also involved in the development of several
key R&D and commercialization contracts in Europe (Behring;
ABC Pharma), Japan (Takeda; Denka Seiken), and the US (Syntex;
Roberts Pharma) From 1988 to 1992, Dr. Costantini was Medical
Director of Cassene, directing a number of successful product
registrations, including a vaccine (Previgrip), a new cephalosporin
(Orelox), a corticosteroid (Bronilide Nasalide), a progesterone
(Surgestone) and an anti-inflammatory (Naprosyne). From 1985
to 1988, Dr. Costantini was head of the medico marketing department
at Cassenne and was instrumental in the successful registration
and launch of Anandron, an anti-androgen used in treatment
of prostate cancer and Gynomyc, an antifungal agent. From
1980 to 1985, she worked in the medico-marketing department
at Cassenne where she was involved in Phase III and IV clinical
development programs and was in charge of a number of successful
product registrations and launches, including both adult and
pediatric registrations for Biostim, an immune system booster,
and launch of a Biological Response Modifier. Dr. Costantini
received her MD from the School of Medicine at the University
of Paris V.

Gilles Avenard, MD, Co-Founder and
Chief Operating Officer.
 Dr.
Avenard has served as Chief Operating Officer and
Member of the Management Board since he co-founded the company
in 1997 and as President and CEO of the company's wholly owned
subsidiary, VIRalliance SA, specializing in HIV drug resistance
testing. From 1976 to 1990, Dr. Avenard held various positions
with the National Blood Transfusion Center in Paris, including
Medical Director of Bio-Transfusion, a joint venture of the
National Blood Center and the Regional Blood Center of Lille,
providing human plasma products that generated annual revenues
of 100M€. From 1990 to 1997, Dr. Avenard served as Medical
Director of Development and later as Director of Preclinical
Development in the Cassenne Laboratories division of Hoechst
Marion Roussel (now Sanofi-Aventis Pharma). He currently serves
on the board of Hemosystem SA and is a co-founder of Mediam
SAS, HEMOXymed, Inc., and Lepartenariat.com. He has also served
as a physician in hemobiology and blood transfusion at the
Blood Center of Pitié-Salpétrière Hospital
in Paris. Dr. Avenard received his MD as well as degrees in
hematology and hemobiology & blood transfusion from the
School of Medicine at the University of Paris V. He is author
or co-author of more than 80 papers and presentations in the
fields of science and medicine.

Nicolas Fellmann , Chief Financial Officer.
 Nicolas
Fellmann joined BioAlliance Pharma as Chief Financial
Officer in November 2006, after more than 10 years experience
in the pharmaceutical industry. He joined the Pfizer group
at the end of 1995 and has taken increasing responsibilities
in the finance division of the French affiliate. N. Fellmann
has notably taken part in the mergers and restructuring operations
conducted by Pfizer (Warner-Lambert and Pharmacia) and, as
Director, Treasury Tax and Audit since September 1999, was
responsible at France level for the management of financial
risks as well as financial and tax operations and optimisation.
Previously, he worked several years at Ernst & Young as
a financial auditor where he managed various assignments in
the industrial and services sectors. N. Fellmann is a graduate
of EM Lyon (EM Lyon Business School).

Florence Dupré, Vice President, Sales
and Marketing.
 Ms.
Dupré is an experienced pharmaceutical industry
executive who has held positions of increasing responsibility
at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), most recently as Director of Hospital
Commercial Activities, France. In this post, she was responsible
for developing the commercial strategy for all of GSK France’s
hospital products as well as for negotiations with the hospitals.
Prior to this position, she was Marketing Strategy Director
- HIV, Europe, responsible for GSK HIV programs, and in particular
for the launch of Telzir® (antiprotease) throughout the
EU. Earlier, she was Product Manager, France, and launched
Relenza ® , an innovative antiviral
for treatment of type A and B influenza. Previously, she held
product marketing positions at Bristol-Myers-Squibb in virology,
where she was in charge of two nucleoside reverse transcriptase
inhibitors (NRTIs) Zerit ® and Videx
® for treatment of HIV, and at Bayer Pharma,
where she was involved with the launch of Glucor ®
for treatment of diabetes. Ms Dupré holds
a research degree (DEA) in Immunology and Toxicology from
the Pasteur Institute and Necker Hospital and a Masters Degree
in Biology and Biochemistry from the Ecole Normale Supérieure
– Ulm. She also holds a Masters Degree in Marketing
and Management from ESSEC, the French business school.

Laure Lagon, General Counsel
 Laure Lagon, 41, General Counsel, is a qualified lawyer in charge of legal affairs, HR and general affairs. She was previously General Manager Legal Department and External Affairs at Panasonic France. Earlier positions were at Aries, AGF and Fidal Paris & International (KPMG law firm). Lagon has a masters degree (Magistère) in business law, tax law and accountancy, from the Business Law Institute of Aix en Provence, as well as a DESS of international business law, and a Legal Company Adviser diploma (DJCE).
