Conducted at a single-center in France, this trial was a randomized,
crossover-design, pharmacokinetic study performed in 18 healthy
men and women 18-35 years of age to evaluate the miconazole
pharmacokinetic parameters in saliva (bioavailability) and tolerability
of a 50 and 100 mg miconazole Lauriad® Bioadhesive Buccal
Tablet compared with miconazole oral gel available on the market
in Europe.
